I work with senior leaders in organisations across public and private sectors with a focus on those in housing, local government, healthcare, and charity. I specialise on working with leaders navigating intense challenges such as increased scrutiny, external risk, internal change, and Board engagement.
My advisory is grounded in direct leadership experience from a 25-year career. This includes roles as a Board and Executive Strategic Adviser; Agency Founder; Assistant Chief Executive - Chief Marketing Officer of a London Borough; Non-Executive Director; Chair of Trustees; and C-suite communications leader for a FTSE 350 company.
During my career, I’ve consistently mentored and coached senior leaders. I combine a commitment to empowering individuals to achieve their personal and professional goals with direct hands on experience of the skills and capability needed to excel as a leader. Each session is defined by what the individual needs but will typically include leadership visibility, authenticity, and navigating change.
