What experience do you bring?

I combine board-level insight, C-suite leadership with award winning hands-on strategy and communications capability.

I’ve been a Board and Executive Advisor; Founder of a Top 50 PR agency; Chief Marketing Officer for a FTSE 350 SaaS group; and Assistant Chief Executive - Chief Marketing Officer of a £1.1bn local authority. I’m also an experienced Non Executive Director and Chair of Trustees.

My experience means I get to grips quickly with the challenges leadership face then work as an extension of their team, providing strategic clarity, focus, pace and trusted counsel.

How do you work with clients?

I work as a senior partner to my clients, typically operating as an extension of their leadership teams either on a project or interim basis. At the outset of any project, I work with you to understand what capabilities are needed, where existing resource can be utilised and the exact expertise for greatest impact. If required, I can then build the best team for your needs using my network of award winning brand, communications, media, marketing, creative and leadership specialists.
