Strategy + Impact is go!

I am absolutely delighted to share news that I am officially launching my consultancy, Strategy + Impact. It has been a long time coming and is both a reflection of my wanting to work in a different way but also to focus on where I think real difference can be made.

In my experience, I’ve seen again and again that transformation only happens where leaders communicate effectively. It means belief translates to action; action into culture that is experienced outside of the organisation and delivers reputation that leads to lasting growth.

This is what Strategy + Impact will focus on and my consultancy will be organised around three outcomes:

- activate leadership

- amplify communications

- accelerate strategy.
