As a Founder, Board Director and C-suite communications leader, I’ve learned that transformation can only happen when strategy is put into action through leadership, culture and communication. I specialise working with purpose-led organisations in highly regulated sectors including government, planning, housing, energy, health, financial services and charity. I’ve advised organisations of every size, from start-ups preparing to scale to large organisations transforming operational delivery. For each, I’ve acted as a senior partner, supporting executive teams to cut through challenge to deliver results at pace.

My approach is based on a career that has included senior roles across public, private and third sectors. I’ve been Founder of a Top 50 PR agency, Chief Marketing Officer for a FTSE 350 SaaS group and Assistant Chief Executive - Chief Marketing Officer of a £1.1bn local authority. I’m also an experienced Non-Executive Director and Chair of Trustees in the housing and the charity sector.

I combine board-level insight with expertise in strategy, brand, communications and issues management. For my clients, I am an extension of their leadership teams, providing focus, pace and trusted counsel, especially where internal alignment is complex or external risk is high.

As a mentor and LGBTQI+ advocate, my work is shaped by a commitment to inclusion and innovation. I’m passionate about the potential for AI and data to improve communications and engagement, particularly by enabling audience insight to power creativity. Whether the primary audience is customers, employees, residents, stakeholders, investors or policymakers, I use insight to develop clear, consistent and compelling communications that will build trust - in the organisation and its leadership.
